myhello.ai is run by Myhello Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Here is what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you ask for a free AI Visibility Check: your name, business email, website, contact number and monthly advertising spend range. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation. Nothing else. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no cookies.

What we do with it

Run the check you asked for, send you the results, and follow up about working together. The lawful basis is the steps you asked us to take and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. We never sell your details or add you to lists you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

• HubSpot, our customer database, which may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
• WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and may log IP addresses for security.
• AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Perplexity), which we ask about your industry using only your business name and website. Your contact details never go to them.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. Clients: the engagement plus six years, for accounting. Ask and we delete sooner, unless the law says otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your information, or ask us to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we reply within a month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
